Banana Muffins

Apart from a morning walk, the rest of my day is spent planning for our upcoming trip to Greece and cooking up a storm in the kitchen for dinner (storm, not because the food's good, but more because it looks like a tornado has just ravaged through the kitchen after I'm done 'cooking').
Last week, I also had a mother-daughter lunch date for the first time in years at least, where I purchased a cheap mixer under my mother's sage advice. The practical penny-pincher in me pushed me towards the Tefal Handmixer which cost about S$69 before rebates, though the lust-worthy KMix (only S$499, a steal I know!) was just calling out my name. Eventually Tefal won because I am not much of a baker, and it is unlikely that I will bake on a regular basis once this little break is over.

I have put the Tefal to a test, and must say it worked just like uhm, how you would expect a mixer to.
| Presenting: Banana muffins! I had to test them of course, and the one I ate tasted pretty good, if I do say so myself :) |
Recipe taken from here. The texture is soft and pillowy just like banana cake, and it was really quick and easy to make, even for a noob baker like me.
