Famous Amos Chocolate Chip Cookies (Supposedly)

The past few days have gone by so quickly, and unfortunately, unproductively. Since getting back from Greece, I have been procrastinating updating this space and have instead been binging on past seasons of The Office (U.S).

After much procrastination, I'm finally writing a short post to document a bake that was done some time back. There are a fair number of alleged Famous Amos cookie recipes floating online, and I thought to try out this one, which was fairly easy to make. They came out moist and chewy (and to positive reviews), though I prefer a crumbly cookie, which I remember Famous Amos to be like. Will probably try a variation with the spare ingredients left over (when I finally get my act together!)
